Yes as the judge plainly stated. He has been there since day one of the ccaa . And he signed off on the Visolis transaction that happened during the ccaa . So obviously he has seen everything to do with it. And he is still stating creditors have not been paid in full . And have lost millions . So there is obviously nothing in that affirmation letter making creditors whole . So either everyone involved in this case is lying . Or the fantasy is just that a fantasy . What the judge is trying to make crystal clear is if creditors arent paid off shareholders get nothing . And since shareholders get nothing he will not entertain any more of there fantasyland crying . Case closed .
