I don’t remember anyone saying shareholders were entitled to the proceeds received before the creditors. Whether a judge has been informed or not (I’m sure the judge has seen the sealed letter), they can only comment on what has been disclosed to the public and/or what has already occurred. These statements alone neither prove nor disprove that anything else is coming. In reality it doesn’t matter. Many have decided to hold until the bitter end to see the dealers card so to speak . I can’t be more sincere when I say I’m good here either way. The DD, motions, and documents all tell me there’s more to the story and that there are gains to be realized here. If not , I/we will take the tax loss against other gains we were told by some we’d also never see. The risk reward here is easy to see. Sure there’s risk, but for how little it cost to get in the potential upside is simply amazing
