Well, what choice do the franchisees really have? I mean, they've already accepted the locations and paid for the machines. And, most franchisees only purchased 3-6 machines. So, by the time they figure out the locations aren't any good, it is too late. The best option is to find your own locations, if you can. Of course, every franchisee has to make an investment decision on their own.
And, if you are referring to the top 25, that is the top 25 locations, not the top 25%. Meaning, if there are 200 locations, that is the top 12.5%. If there are 300 locations, that is the top 8.3%. And so on. If I recall correctly, another calculated a pretty big drop off from the top 25 to the top 50 locations.
