ARRY currently selling for less than $48/ share....a holder might ask whether that money can be put to better use elsewhere than waiting for $48.

If you do not sell before merger closes, a holder of ARRY shares receives $48 cash on closure, estimated later this year or perhaps early 2020. A competing bid might arise
