You've raised, answered and raised more complex issues, some binary and some multi-faceted. The questions you have answered and surmised for me are, sorry to say, probably deeper that I have thought. I have contented myself with the many shots on goal, though with the possible exception of B for ABSSSI, the deeper I have probed the less confident I have become in each shot on goal. But better 6 shots than 1, or none.
