This works like home owner insurance policy, home owner get sued and lost,
home owner foots the bill first; Now is up to home owner to chase the insurance company for the money.

Yes it is interesting to watch what is happening with COMM, but I, like you don't think they're the issue. The 13 is where it's at, and COMM just put themselves on the line. My $5 is done as well. That's pretty amazing...$300 so far. Way to go team. LONG UOIP!

Maybe not 'worry', but I still maintain that we're better off if they're a $20B company than if they're bankrupt.

If we're indirectly going after their entire market cap (Would love to know the details of indemnification agreements) they have nothing to lose by fighting it out until the end.
