Sulja Bros Lumber bought sams- interesting. Sulja bros building supplies bought loftworks. Two different companies. What assets does Building supplies own- anything?

HIGHLY SUGGEST ALL LONGS EMAIL THE WINDOR STAR! Just go to their web site and send a letter to the editor. I blasted them for destroying the SLJB PPS. Made me feel better.

Did you ask Dave why Petar refuses to post the info he willingly told you over the phone. Ask him why day after day Petar is harder to contact.

All Petar had to do was keep his deadlines or post ligit reasons for the delays. Right now we have neither.

To me it looks like Dave isn't finished dumping his shares.

Just called up to Sulja Brothers Lumber yard and talked to Dave. Seems like a very nice person who is willing to talk to any of us. The number to reach him is 519-979-5172. Asked him per the request of a poster here what name is on the payroll checks. It is Sulja Bros Lumber. Second I asked him if the company offered a stock option plan to buy shares of the company? He said no and said that he thought that it would not be appropriate until the audit was out. Asked him what he thinks has been the best changes in the company in the last two months that he has been there? He said the purchase of Sams Building supply becuase they offered a lot of products that they just did not carry. Said that now they can put together better packages for the customer and make them a better one stop shop for their needs. Also I asked him what was going on with Petar? He said that he is caught in the middle with the Attorneys and Accountants and should of never promissed a deadline to realease the audit. It has put him in a really bad postition right now. So there you have it I hope that I did not change the conversation that I had with him. I will keep calling overseas but have not gotten through as of yet. Back up at the break of dawn to call over there or perhaps I will just stay up and wait for the offices to open. IMO
