the employees don't have shares. the company wasn't even publicly traded 6 months ago. you think they already have an employee stock option system set up?? co's are doing away with stock options anyhow due to the cost of the system and the fact that they have to be expensed now.
Well Dave said that he does not own any shares for what it is worth. I of course would not know if that was true or not. When I did talk to him he did say that Petar was in a going back and forth with the Atty's and Accountants. So perhaps if this is true then maybe this is why Petar is not reachable. But I like I said I just do not know, nor understand why he would not have released something to us. Just does not make any sense what so ever with what is happening to our investment. IMO
