Your technical definition doesn't change anything, does it. Pretty much irrelevant except for a technicality. The dilution has happened in the last year and so have some of the effects. When it happens, when the effect happens, is something shareholders only find out about much later.

Do you think the fact that the transfer agent joined the transfer agent verified program in January, screwed over the dilution plans? The company didn't ask them to join, the company told about it.

False, EPS is calculated using the float:

Net Income/Float = EPS

The float has been diluted here, this has recently been shown, the share price dropped to No Bid because additional shares were added to the market, that dilution caused the value of a share to drop.

There no calculation of EPS with a pink stock like this lol. EPS is used for companies with a business not shells.
