That’s a typo, it’s supposed to be June 2019, I emailed the CEO regarding that.

Read the first PRE14A, you’ll see June. I don’t know why they’d change it to July unless they decided to give the dividend to shareholders on record as of July. And only letting shareholders on record as of June 18th to vote.
