Selling right now wouldn't be very bright.

Anyone worried that this wouldn't get signed can now breathe a sigh of relief (I think we all knew it would go through).

Will be interesting if an 8k is posted confirming the cancellation of shares. I'd expect that once it actually happens though and the T/A confirms with an O/S update.
