So now, the T/A would be instructed to get the shares canceled.

I'm assuming that means reaching out to the brokerage housing the shares to have them canceled, and then the T/A updating their numbers to include the reduction.

Once that is complete, form 211 time!

I had to pay the few dimes just to finally see it myself this morning on Pacer. Such a fantastic sight and it is the start of everything we've been waiting for. As much as we are anxious for the up list, the SOLI/CareClix team are moving heaven and earth to get it done. I suspect it will happen sooner rather than later....within days.
