Think tomorrow will hit $3 and it might stick this time or close very near to target. Next week might get a preview of delivery and this might get a boost. After all, they only need to move 600 vehicles to stay on target and if they move more than 1300 that would be close to exceeding target. With the ES6 being released will help.
