China tariffs will affect the market but, sharing electric vehicle technology might be excluded if $NIO moves to expand to the US. Tesla has interest in $NIO, which could bridge the negotiation gap.
This might give Tesla an advantage obviously. Tesla itself is stuck, as they are not as advanced in the EV world as some think.
