SYNL...just bought a piddly few shares@15.10 to have skin in the game,lol. Reading through the SEC filing of May 29,where the back & forth letters between Privet & company were listed and from yesterday's news it looks like the matter is still in play.

hweb/KIK-SYNL: From this statement in yesterday's PR, my interpretation is that the buyout offer isn't dead yet(seems like management is now taking the initiative). The way I'm seeing it is (in a worst case scenario),the $20 price might come down a tad,but even at $17/18 it will still be a more than 12% premium to present prices.Thoughts on this please?
