Yeah that's why I posted that on SYNL. Sounds like they're still working on a deal in the PR where they reduced guidance. Dumb they didn't take $20. I'd walk away if I was Privet, but they seem to want the company. I'm tempted to grab some SYNL as I think a deal gets done at a decent premium to current prices. But don't like the deteriorating fundamentals.
