Yes I would have prescribed Vascepa with no reps ever visiting me. In fact 18 members group in Naples sees no reps as per their policy but prescribes a ton of Vascepa.
Reps are good for reminding docs about drug, giving docs info about coverage, bringing samples, arranging education dinners. etc.
