Broke, yes Cisco appeal should be on calendar approximately 90 days after motion granted.
- Then 6 weeks before panel selected and actual submission to court. So if date picked by June 15, the earliest oral arguments court date could be is 1st week of Aug. But could be 1st week of Sept or Oct. Courts never move as fast as we want.
- Decision could come as late as 6 months after court date.

This is important because the judge in the infringement trial of 13 has said he won't have a trial before the Cisco appeal is decided. To save time, he has allowed all the preliminary actions to continue ( ex. Daubert hearing) - so infringement case will be ready as soon as appeal decision handed down.
As a long UOIP, my money is on William Carter and the UOIP/Chanbond legal team.
