I agree with the lack of clarification. So much time has passed and the obvious inept management, (which now has allegedly changed hands), has been silent up until a few days ago. At some point these AA's have either been converted, or used as compensation for non cash transactions...I don't know. Theoretically if control is still in place, Jake has a fight on his hands. If not this thing is about to get blown wide open...and there better be a legitimate Newswire PR from our new "CEO Theo Hanson" to offer that clarification

Maybe they didn't have it until after the fact (cuz they're broke as hell and they cut corners, not thinking anything like this would ever happen) realized oh crap.. and they started covering their tracks that Jake's team can uncover...
