At some point these AA's have either been converted, or used as compensation for non cash transactions...I don't know.

But even if that'd happened, those 10 shares would still be authorized. I'm inclined to think it's just a mistake of the resident agent who dealt with the Wyobiz filings. And in any case, if I were Jake, I'd have wanted to be absolutely sure I was right before betting $61K on it.
