I’m just looking for the day when the LPC is tapped with a share price greater than 3. How many times has he tapped the 3’s? 75? Hmmm, 375 sounds awfully familiar.

I was wondering about this aspect, theres been no new shares issued for this new agreement correct? So we're still working off 50M issues.
Just trying to see if all the crying is justified.

Um...the Nasdaq was barely down today. Same with the DJIA. Nor was the IBB.

Anavex was down big.

Definitely wasn't "the market." Today's drop was AVXL specific, as it should be. Dilution is going to cause a stock price to drop. Doesn't matter if it's an ATM or one-time offering.
