1) Kate posted on www.incaworldwide.com that she produced all required documents on May 31, 2019
2) There was a hearing on June 3, 2019. The Court Notes from June 3, 2019 indicates that attorney Hughes (Lattuca's attorney) was present and doesn't indicate anyone else was present, meaning Kate wasn't present or anyone else from GEGI or QEDN.
3) On June 5, 2019 the Judge ordered QEDN and GEGI to produce documents by July 8, 2019, so obviously the Judge didn't feel that what was produced on May 31 was sufficient.
4) Regardless of the Court Order Kate told all of the shareholders she would provide them with copies of what she provided to Lattuca's attorney on May 31, 2019.
5) Despite Kate telling the shareholders she would provide them with these documents by posting them on the website she has not done so.
6) The Court order did not require documents be publicly posted to avoid dissolution but did require additional documents be produced by July 8 to avoid dissolution.
