I am okay with a trial and it is what we expected.
With the way market cap is going for CommScope, the 13 best consider the possibility that indemnification agreements will be worthless and they will be left holding the bag for the majority of economic damages.

Normally VortMax I agree with you but I think that their lawyers have a responsibility to request that the case be dismissed.

Yes...That is what I want....13 will settle before the Trial....or attempt to buy all the shares of UOIP they can.
