Well, they cant afford another mess like in the Tau-case, they only have Delek to provide the financing and that leads to massive dilution. And they dont have the time to look for another partner since time is running out for the leases. On the other hand, Delek now owns 20% of the company and has put a lot of millions into Tau. I think they are going to continue with at least Corvette and a different approach on Tau, and letting GSPE management team keep just enough of the cake to stay on board. Maybe they just sell it all to Delek, considering their age. Right now they might be studying seismic images to see if there is any similarities with Tau in other prospects to avoid the tricky geology that Tau provided... Also TXSO seems to be out of cash, and might sell their 5% to GSPE for pennies?
