PTOI .. for those who've asked
i remain pretty much split as to the reason why *volume*
has been mostly maintained on PTOI since late January 2019

there are two reasons imo PTOI would have volume amped .. first is NRs' (non retails) awareness
(tentacles) of what P2O has been working on for the last 20 months since BoD was added to in Oct 2017

or as noted in late January when PTOI had *volume* that hadn't been seen since June 2017
any trading crew could enter PTOI easily .. but the easily is probably a misnomer in that
entity's ability to front load PTOI *shares* presents an issue .. because as has been noted
in this venue for years .. many early/original investors .. whose CB is significantly higher ..
have never sold one *share* .. it helps to understand when those certs were deposited
in relation to NRs' first illegal stock manipulation of December 2009 (now statistically irrelevant)
which is why seeing the *continuity* of P2O investors' noted in the 10K .. is worth digesting
(again only focusing on aspects since P2O was wrested back in 2013) ..

450 holders of record

so for those who've asked .. NRs' lines in the sand imo are:

 
 3c (currently) .. NR started protecting 3c about the same time ETRF/OTCX signed off of bid  
 10c  .. PTOI essentially held mostly sub 10c since 12/31/13 (10c) .. 1/2014 (6c) .. 10/2014 (5c)  
 30c  .. aromatics & CANT  
 1.10 - 1.25  .. 2012  
 1.50 - 1.65  (Jan 2013's NRs' *last* significant  *run* stopped out @ 1.49)

and the volume to actually get thru .. just a reminder .. back on January 29th .. longs' GTCs .. went off above
their GTC price point .. not something one usually sees on an OTC *target* .. of course most targets don't *outlast*

of course unlike January 2019 .. ETRF & OTCX are now *signed* off of PTOI's bid

so as was asked of me earlier today re: *volume* to get thru .. imo since we saw what 1M did
in January 2019 (8c) .. that probably holds .. could be 1M gets to 10c .. 2M imo gets 20c .. 3M ~ 30c
.. 30c imo would have been the first *test* .. but not sure how aspects go with GTSM taking over CANT's
*er* market making .. something i suspect all with *interest* will see with P2O's ability to execute (first sale
with monies' exchanged) .. regardless that is my best guesstimate

looking forward to CEO giving new eyes a reason to invest .. until then let the *games* CONtinue on
