i'm actually impressed any trade was marked .. but *interesting* to see it was
the 10000 @ NN's jumped bid (fed yesterday with NC) that was *marked*

long had a partial fill on bid @ 024c
and as noted earlier elsewhere .. 500000 bid (CDEL) came out of hiding .. hmmm
usually that would *relocate* decoy OTCX on ask .. but nope ..
decoy UC/s on the ask (by rote) .. and shockingly yet again ..
(that is a few x now in the last few weeks) decoy's *size* adjusts* .. another hmmmm worthy moment ..

back to back days .. signals telegraphing volume .. imo .. not surprising since
such an effort has been made since late January to maintain PTOI's 90 day vol avg
which is heading south as YOY heads north
