Paul from E&E Comm pumped the 90% rate by private email to certain SHs! If someone can provide a definitive link to where SHMP declared that, do so!
Otherwise, no way of knowing what the true survival rate for SHMP really is! No better than sticking a finger up in the air and saying "Yup, that's what it is!"

It’s either not 90% or they are holding out until all dilution is completed and will release at a time when the stock can only go up.
