We're getting close. i can feel it. this is the time period where all are anticipating a co. to make or break it. Either its somehow an elaborate scam or they have something to bring forth. Tuesday this upcoming week will be 2 weeks since 8k of the aquisition, just an observation.
No one knows why the dilution at LAHO has taken place. The number one reason could be though is because as of their last financial report they had over 8.5 million in liabilities of which 5.8 million was stock payable to related parties. Maybe as some say there was dilution by LAHO it may not have been to raise funds at all but to pay off existing debt.
