No one knows why the dilution at LAHO has taken place. The number one reason could be though is because as of their last financial report they had over 8.5 million in liabilities of which 5.8 million was stock payable to related parties.
Maybe as some say there was dilution by LAHO it may not have been to raise funds at all but to pay off existing debt.
