There are over 500m shares outstanding, and another half billion in potentially dilutive securities.

The average daily volume is 1.2m shares, which is less than $400,000 per day.

I bet a lot of the holders of 457,000,000 warrants, many with lower strike prices, are willing sellers at current prices.

Neil Woodford is looking to raise some cash.

Shares outstanding rose by 14m between the end of December and end of March. Those are not likely to be long term holders.

Seems like plenty of potential sellers to me.

In the last 3-1/2 years NWBO has sold about 350M shares (along with warrants) to stay alive.

That is 100M a year. About 400K shares a day. You will reply that all these shares are going to "strong hands". Yet, the only institutional investors we have seen on SEC forms post NW have been flipping shares.

I think the real question is how much cash are "they" spending to manipulate the prices up so they can dump to retail at a good price.
