Not sure, but the company gave us shares based on how many we owned at that time, cant remember what the formula was or what they called it,maybe something like a stock split, 1000 to 1 ? i dont remember

Pete - I honestly don’t know. They just showed up in my acct - I traced them back to NLVX - guessing reverse merger of some sort. They are worth .0384 as I post this, so they are PMCB common shares, just restricted. I think maybe rayla is correct - PharmaCyte has to unrestrict them at some point. The good news is, I can still buy and sell PMCB, just can’t average in my restricted shares.
