From looked at the OTC report, I don’t see any reverse merger history from day one. Good that you own the legacy shares and it is still all good. Enjoy your weekend

I would suggest to call the transfer agent of Pharmacyte(see below) to find out the story is.Makes no sense . Shares cannot be restricted forever.Restrictions are lifted and the stock is released to you to hold, sell or transfer at some point in time.

Those shares...
A few years ago, I called my broker (TD Ameritrade) to see about cleaning up some dead shares, where there was no bid, to take the loss against some gains. The guy had no trouble liquidating the requested losers.

The next day I peeped at my positions to see how it all looked and saw he had also added those free shares to my PMCB position without even being asked.

A real non-event.

These shares are restricted until your portfolio is worth minimum of $250,000. From that point you can trade them. That was information from my broker last year, Schwab.
