LoL maybe you should look at the uploaded proof to USPTO as to why the trademark Remote Dynamics was renewed. Nothing hypothetical, just facts as to where the mark was used.

As for the other ramblings, ask Telogis why they purchased the last remaining assets (of value) listed in the 10Q. Oh, and no proxy vote was needed due to the largest shareholder approved the sale. Once sold RMTD shareholders own the equity within the company which is an empty bloated shares.

re RMTD first TELOGIS acquired ABSLOTELY NOTHING FROM RMTD ...TELOGIS transacted with the debt holders WHO owned ALL of RMTD'S assets after foreclosing on those assets ( with the absolute assent of RMTD'S than management ) this has been proven on the board hundreds of times.
it is delusional to imagine that when VERIZON acquired TELOGIS they would even care to review ALL ASSETS to delete anything that happened to share a name with a company that had failed and ceased to exist nine years beforehand
AND what does this TRUTH have to do with any possible current value of shares of RMTD in 2019 ?????
DOES VERIZON renewing a trademark mean that VERIZON is planning to resurrect the corpse of RMTD ???
is that your point ??? if you want to posit some current value to RMTD why not post a current address , a current phone number , a current list of management and directors , current revenues , current assets , current revenues and a current balance sheet
