Why would the need for the word "Remote Dynamics" have to be used in Telogis training manuals? Whatever Telogis bought from RMTD legally becomes their own and btw, this is all hypothetical talk regarding the use of a certain name in training manuals. No one knows if this is the situation.
The fact of the matter is, Verizon holds the Remote Dynamic trademark and web domain which they continually update. It's important enough for them to keep doing it. If it wasn't important, they would have just left it out of the deal knowing that the name, Remote Dynamics, is attached to a defunct .0001 stock. No one can dispute that and no amount of wash, rinse and repeat spin cycle can deter the truth.
