struggling, i see, to find something legitmately wrong with what noch is doing, but can't. lol he has vetted what he is doing through the lawfirm that he is working with. there is more here than meets the eye. wait for the jewels to be dropped.

Not sure either but here are 2 companies his father ran before he passed away. So I would suspect he has some people guiding him be it right or wrong.
