Well they'll see the ads, but the IL law anyway requires showing up at sanctioned betting venues in order to register to be able to bet.
I'm guessing the penalties for false IDs will be no less stiff than they are for other underage activities and probably more so.
Some kids will be intrigued and others will be dissuaded by the family strife that gambling addiction can bring, and that they will unfortunately witness.
