now why would NR be protecting 3c on PTOI's *ask* .. ;)

currently one trade (5000) @ GTSM's *ask* (CANT) NC 10000 size .. note time stamp .. ;)
then of course the requisite UC (undercut) on the ask by OTCX after CSTI's UC on the ask .. hmmm
