Why would anyone want this period? How many times does heddle need to say everything has been suspended? He gets 240,000 a year on zero revenue and no employees. Must be nice. Sounds like a fleecing. Until he's stopped he'll keep paying himself. Thats a scam to be sure, legal or not.

CEO has never taken one dime of salary .. it has been accrued since P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013
just like P2O's founder retains ownership of 3M~ PTOI shares .. note that 3M~ (confirmed directly in 2016) is probably higher as of today
NRs' angst pertains to P2O's beyond enviable share structure .. 10 years on .. and imo P2O's biggest asset besides the founder's tech ..(which is in an emerging and some might consider .. hot sector) .. are actual P2O investors .. specifically early/original investors .. whose CB is far higher than 3c .. (NR working abusively cuts PPS in half .. so 6c (reset in Jan 2014 .. reset to 5c in October 2014 to bury release of ACC Executive Summary) becomes 3c/025c by 2019 .. if unable to part actual P2O investors from their PTOI shares .. which is a given .. provided P2O's founder is never far away .. and he isn't
RH is many things .. but stupid isn't one of them .. there is a reason P2O continues to *file*
