If all of that is true, then Browne should absolutely partner aesthetics in US. It's the only tangible short term asset he has to prove the therapeutic concept and not destroy shareholder value in the meantime. Would there be a large penalty to not partner aesthetics and therapeutics together?
If not, you are only strengthening the case against Browne. Which is, of course, that he only thinks long term and is never willing to give anything up, despite what large dilutions at a depressed valuation to finance an immature therapeutic pipe will do to share price.
