I started a Gatekeeper Wall of Shame to keep track of enforcement actions against Securities Attorneys, Transfer Agents, and Broker-Dealers.

It is mainly focused on events of the past couple of years.

Good list to start. Fairly certain many of us will add to the list like David Kagel, Chuck Arnold. I am surprised by Wedbush, I have been to their offices. I never would have suspected. Has anything come from Signature out of Plano or Rich Kaiser?
