I actually don't believe Arthur is a bad guy. I don't believe Arthur is trying to dump on shareholders. I think Arthur has lapses in judgement without realizing the unintended bad consequences. Like mentioning a reverse split months in advance without it actually happening and killing the share price for months on end. Why would anyone do that?
The only rationale for doing something like that would be so insiders could accumulate cheap shares well below market value while people wonder about a reverse split that never comes. But that doesn't appear to be happening either.
So I think he has lapses in judgement and says things that have unintended bad consequences.
