I tried to explain that it's the same person as the poster who called herself Imcat and was kicked off IHub in 2012 but I never heard back from anyone.

So I've put together a series of posts which show mr40 and Imcat are the exact same person. Perhaps your rules have changed and posters who were once dismissed are now allowed to re-register under a new alias and I'm not aware of it.
