The geniuses in IL used to have a tax rate of 5%. Then they decided to try and outdo Brownback and cut the IL tax rate.

IDOT reports wonderful infrastructure improvements for Cook, Rock Island, and St. Clair counties.

The bridge over the Fox River in Millington Il. connecting LaSalle and Kendall counties has been closed exactly two years now. It's not being worked on.
