IDOT reports wonderful infrastructure improvements for Cook, Rock Island, and St. Clair counties.

The bridge over the Fox River in Millington Il. connecting LaSalle and Kendall counties has been closed exactly two years now. It's not being worked on.

As far as "redistribution" of what was our own money, that lies entirely at the discretion of the King of Illinois.
