Bio, thanks and an with you. To me, it now falls upon Missling to execute his "vision" of what he wants Anavex to become. As some posters have said, Missling and insiders all know the treasure trove of benefits of these compounds and I equate this to breaking "Enigma" in WW2. Anavex has done the hard part, developing these compounds for CNS and who knows what else. Now he needs to determine the course of action to fulfill his vision for the company and humanity. IMO, I see the benefit of partnering with someone to attack a CNS disease like MS where we are not currently directly involved in. No conflict and a potential win-win for both parties. It then gives Missling the cash to bring home PDD, Alzheimer's, Rett, and other CNS diseases if he so wishes. Would love to be a fly on his wall!

I have often though the same thing, that the approach is so new that the FDA would come up with some NEW HOPES to jump through and drag this out another year.

I’m very relieved that researchers and patients and families and caregivers are asking for EXTENSIONS. I’m very relieved that, as more time passes, there appears to be no brain swelling or similar. I’m encouraged that the studies are still gathering more data which involves improvement in areas other than cognitive...the sleep studies, the motor signal detection, eeg’s for brain signals and I think we will have seizures quantified during Rett.
