Those of you that know what the real play here is are getting closer (and closer) to that Promised Land.

I just checked. Skunk's most recent post still doesn't mention any motions made by Greenshit or any of the two dozen defendants/appellees for a judgement, so there's still no light at the end of this long, dark tunnel. He's given us the most up-to-date news from the courtroom, so if he hasn't posted any new motions, then as far as I'm concerned, they haven't been made.
