As I have been saying for years, especially since the July 2017 Federal Circuit ruling on a very similar issue -- the Federal Circuit WILL reverse the lower court's findings in favor of Greenshift.

Those of you that know what the real play here is are getting closer (and closer) to that Promised Land.

Very curious that Pokotilow would write the Federal Circuit to inform them of their ruling! Seems like a game is being played here. By filing on PACER it is a way to get this compelling piece of jurisprudence into public discussion; why else tell the Federal Circuit the results of their deliberations on Barry?
