Lying to the investing public is fraud or is going to be considered fraud which is against the law. You're supposed to use words like soon, or hopefully by the 15th but he didn't meaning he lied. This is fraud although I don't remember how it's worded under the articles of law because he has to benefit by his lies. I have no doubt many on this board could answer the question or you could probably find it if you tried. A CEO lying to the public by missing date after date set for the release of PR's in order to move the PPS is a no no. I don't think lying to move the shareprice is considered innocent until proven guilty. I believe they (the law) have a different way of wording it otherwise pinkies would go crazy with this. He promised AF's by Nov.15 and didn't come through. I'm pretty sure lying to investors is a no no, we shall see. I'm still mighty long so I hope this gets rectified soon/now.
