CC I hear what you are saying but this is not a reporting company and missing reporting dates is not a felony.
Petar and company could very well have legitiate reasons for holding up the AFs which very well may be confidential in nature. At a later date those reasons could be documented as evidence to support the delay and the non disclosure. I am not saying this is the case or not but am just trying to think outside the box.
