In order for impatient to sell, you need buyers. And it's a good entry point. Also a lot of accusations has been said about Jan, I just want to point out that one only needs to look up his past accomplishments to realize how good he really is. Not saying he has not made a mistake here or there. But the big picture is he is successful, and that's huge in my D&D. You make money off of people that are impatient. I'm ok with that.
